Welcome to our New Online Parts Fiche. There are several things that you should consider before ordering parts and accessories online:

• The parts information you will find within our parts finder is the most up-to-date parts diagrams we can offer you.
• It DOES NOT reflect our inventory, or the manufacturer's inventory. It merely reflects the original quantity of which the machine came with.
• All available parts are OEM Parts.
• Some images and information on our site is supplied by an outside source and may be found to be incorrect or incomplete.
• Any and all information, images and pricing are subject to change without public notice.
• North End Cycle is not responsible for incorrect information, incorrect images and incorrect prices which appear on this site.
• We only charge your credit card when we ship you your parts. (Therefore, you will never pay for a part that is no longer available.)
• For older vehicles not all parts may be available.
• We will start processing your order within 48 hours, and fill it as quickly as we can.
• If you aren't sure that you have the right part, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you with any questions
• Returns subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Any shipments with a destination with in Indiana will be charged sales tax of 7%
• We primarily ship using UPS
• Oversize and overweight items are subject to additional UPS shipping charge.
• Absolutely NO RETURNS without pre-authorization from North End Cycle. Items returned without pre-authorization WILL NOT be accepted, and returned to customer.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping on miss ordered parts.
• Shipping is nonrefundable.
• No warranties or returns will be authorized on any electrical parts or components.***NO EXCEPTIONS***
• Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of order.
